Seaswell Duplex | Lennox Head

The site presented challenges with a dual slope, both front-to-back and side-to-side. Due to the proximity of surrounding homes, Studio 72 incorporated a plunge pool into the central courtyard of each unit. The design embraces a coastal style, harmonising with the surrounding environment. The image to the right is the type of 3D image and model produced at each stage.
